Old IVE Software Available for Download
- Priism 4.2.5
- Priism 3.3 (March 2004 Release). This is an older version of Priism
which only runs on IRIX 6.5.
- Patch for Priism 3.3 to support Matlab 6.5
- EM tomographic data collection software (EMACT). Used in conjunction
with the emscope package
from the Automated Molecular Imaging Group at Scripps Research Institute,
this software runs on an IRIX workstation to automate the collection of
tomographic data sets from Philips CM 200 or CM 200 FEG microscopes.
The current version is the November 2001 release. More recent EM data
collection software, which runs on Windows and controls Tecnai microscopes,
is available at http://msg.ucsf.edu/Tomography/index.html.
