Research:

My research in the lab focuses on understanding the unfolding of alpha-lytic protease at the atomic level. Currently, I am performing theoretical calculations on the protease to define the initial steps in the unfolding process. These computational studies will be followed up with a variety of experimental techniques all aimed at describing the kinetic stability of alpha-lytic protease in atomic detail.
