Research
My research focuses on the mechanistic understanding of how molecular chaperones assist protein folding. To answer this question, I employ an integrative approach that combines biophysics, biochemistry, structural biology, and computational modeling. I am particularly interested in the mitochondrial Hsp90 (TRAP1) and how it regulates client protein maturation.
