Research
I am studying the regulation of a class of transcription factors by molecular chaperones, particularly Hsp40, Hsp70, and Hsp90. The 40-70-90 system appears to play distinct roles in both the activation and inactivation of these transcription factors, and I am trying to disentangle those roles using a combination of biochemical, biophysical, and structural methods.
